Sun City Complex

The complex ”Sun City 1” includes self-contained private apartments, luxury and completely furnished. There are one-room studios, two-room and three-room apartments. It is provided for 50 underground parking lots and additional grassed parking lots out of the settlement. The quarter is very quiet end tranquil. Beach strip is in the close, main roads are easy accessible. The place is close to old town of Nessebar.

Facilities: air-conditioning, simultaneous interpretation facilities, children playground, outdoor parking lot, garage, shops and boutiques, rooms for the disabled, pool bar. There is a loading platform for people of restricted activities. 24-hours security and organized clearance, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, minibar, fridge, electric cooker, cooking facilities, tea/coffee facilities, work desk, iron, ironing board, bath/WC, bathtub, balcony .

All apartments have fully completed kitchen, including built-in sink and mixing tap, built-in appliances: a washing machine, a refrigerator, a microwave oven and grill, glass and ceramic cooker’s plate, a telescopic cooker hood.
