Privacy Policy of www.BulgariaBeachResorts.com Our cancellation policy will apply only once your booking is confirmed. A confirmed booking is when we have advised you that the hotel room is available and you have secured your room reservation by providing us with your credit card details or by arranging a money transfer (we will never ask you to use the Internet for sending us very important information such as credit card details). Confirmation mails include Confirmation of your booking, check in date, check out date, reservation number, room type, and way of payment. We kindly ask you to keep a paper copy of your e-mail confirmation along with the actual email stored in your computer. Delete it after your trip is over! |

To cancel your booking you can advise us by sending an email to info@bulgariabeachresorts.com. The email must include the following details: |

1. Booking reference ID number (reservation #); 2. Email address you used for the booking; 3. Guest’s name used for the booking. |

| 1. All prices are inclusive of resort fees, insurances and local taxes unless otherwise is specified under each hotel offer | ||||||

| Availability: | ||||||
| 1. The present offer is valid ON REQUEST basis only. ATLANTIC TOUR does not guarantee availability in the hotels. In case the required hotel is fully booked ATLANTIC TOUR will offer an alternative. | ||||||
| Reservations and Cancellations: | ||||||
| 1. Reservations are made only in written form by fax or by e-mail | ||||||
| 2. Reservations are confirmed by ATLANTIC TOUR within 24 hours after their receipt also in written form | ||||||
| 3. For a hotel booking with duration of stay less then 4 nights ATLANTIC TOUR will charge a single reservation fee of 5 EUR per reservation. | ||||||
| 4. For a hotel booking with duration of stay minimum 4 nights or longer NO reservation fee will be charged | ||||||
| 5. Release period for cancellations without penalties will be communicated to The Client with each individual request. | ||||||
| 6. For cancellations received by ATLANTIC TOUR shorter then the specified terms, penalty applies which will be communicated to The Client upon each individual request. | ||||||
| Payment: | ||||||
| 1. For Early Booking Offers or other Special Offers - special payment conditions will apply. They will be communicated to The Client upon each individual request | ||||||
| 2. For standard reservations - 50% prepayment is required 3 working days after the confirmation of the reservation. The final payment of 50% must be received by ATLANTIC TOUR latest 10 working days before the date of arrival | ||||||
