New private resorts offer peaceful, high quality accommodation of unrivalled value for money. Immaculately tended, close to the beach, having 8 pools and plenty of kids attractions – all that make them the perfect place for family vacation. The eight pools have various attractions - one with artificial waves, one with Jacuzzi, one with an artificial fountain and a 25 m. swimming pool.

Nestling in the foothills of the Stara Planina Mountain and at the same time bathing the Black Sea coast, only 5 minutes drive from Sunny Beach (The Bulgarian Costa del Sol) and about half an hour drive from the airport, the resorts are one of:

• First coast line location;
• Excellent for family vacations;
• Free guarded parking lot;
• Peace and tranquility, ensured by controlled access with personal magnetic cards. Inside the complexes are admitted only guests and their friends. Live security and video control will care for incidents and disturbance of peace;

• A wide variety of eating establishments and amusements in the resorts and the nearby area: 8 pools, beautifully landscaped gardens and alleys, bars, shops, beauty and medical centers, sauna, fitness club, cafeterias, pitza restaurants, Irish pub, garden restaurants, tennis court , etc.

All apartments have one or two terraces with balcony furniture and magnificent views. All rooms have air-conditioning. The complexes have elevators.

Three types of apartments are available in the complexes: studio, one-bedroom apartment and two-bedroom apartment, furnished with everything necessary for your comfortable stay:

• kitchen box (for all apartments) - refrigerator, microwave/and furnace, heating plates, absorber, toaster, cutlery, dishes, glasses, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, dining table with chairs;
• living room (for all apartments) - triple sofa (convertible to a double bed), two arm chairs and a coffee table, TV set and TV table. The studio living area includes also a two-winged wardrobe;
  

• bedroom – 2 beds or one double bed, bed linen, three-winged wardrobe, two pieces of bedside tables with drawers, a dresser with drawers, a mirror;
• bathroom (for all apartments) – shower cabin, electric boiler, towels, hair dryer.
