Sands Apartments

Sands Holiday Apartments Complex is located in the Black Sea resort town of Sunny Beach, Bulgaria, 250 metres from the main sandy beach and 30 meters from the restaurants, bars and shops of the Palma Bazaar. The historic town of Nessebar is five kilometres away and the city of Bourgeois is 35 kilometres from the hotel.

This five-storey apartment complex features modern architecture and is built around the outdoor swimming pool which has a sun terrace, loungers, parasols and a poolside cocktail bar. There is a kids'playing area to keep the children entertained and the hotel has a lounge bar. Staff at the 24-hour front desk can offer tour assistance and Internet access is available in the air-conditioned public areas for a surcharge. There are laundry facilities and secure parking is available.

The 52 apartments have light contemporary decor, modern furnishings and balconies. All are equipped with satellite television, air conditioning and Internet connections (surcharge). The kitchens come with cookware and dishes, refrigerators, microwave ovens and coffee/tea makers. Other standard amenities include DVD players, minibars and direct-dial phones.  

Expert Tip: Nessebar, five kilometres from the hotel, is a town with two distinct characters. There is the new resort with its bars, restaurants and a lively nightlife, and there is also the old village, which still has many fishing boats and traditional Black Sea houses with red roof tiles
