The buildings are situated at the west end of "Sunny Beach" resort settlement, on the road to St. Vlas, Elenite and Varna. Near to the polyclinic, the police precinct and Bank, the Aqua park, many restaurants and the supermarket.

Total number of apartments – 94 . The settlement comprises one and two bedroom apartments. All apartments from the first to the fifth floor, depending on the built-up area, include: one or two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, one or two WC, entrance hall, and one or two terraces.
